  • Machine-Generated Output: Translations are generated by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies or formatting differences. Always verify outputs before relying on them.
  • Sensitive/Regulated Use: Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other regulated decisions without appropriate professional review.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, be discontinued, or require updates. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the integrity of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT.
